Every review is built from the firm’s own published terms and live dashboard data, and the site exists to help retail traders compare firms on a consistent, transparent basis.
Because different enquiries need different hands, we route every message to a named person depending on the subject. Reporting Out-of-Date Data
Every firm record we publish is drawn directly from that firm’s own publicly available terms and its trader dashboard, and every record carries a clear last-verified date. We do not guess or scrape third-party summaries; the figures you see come from the source the firm itself maintains.
Even so, terms change and dashboards get updated. If you spot a number that looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it against the firm's current terms. What We Cannot Help With
BestPropFirms.com does not provide financial or trading advice. The site is purely informational: we publish comparisons, explain how funding programmes work, and offer resources that traders can weigh for themselves, but nothing on these pages is a recommendation to trade or a personal guidance service.
We are a review site, not a proprietary trading firm. We do not operate trading accounts, hold client funds, run evaluations, or process payouts. That means we cannot access your trading account, we cannot resolve a dispute you have with a firm, and we cannot intervene in a payout matter. Those situations sit entirely between you and the firm you chose.

A trustworthy firm tends to publish its rules and conditions plainly, offers a clear funding programme, maintains a fair profit split, and sets evaluation targets that are realistic rather than designed to trip traders up. Do you accept banner advertising or guest posts?

Does BestPropFirms.com offer financial advice?
No. The site provides informational comparisons and educational resources about proprietary trading firms, but nothing we publish amounts to financial or trading advice. We are not financial advisers, and we do not tell anyone whether to trade, which firm to pick, or how to manage risk.
Can a prop firm pay to change its ranking or score?
No firm can pay for a better score, a higher ranking, or a more prominent placement on the site. We do earn affiliate commission from some firms when a trader signs up through a link, but that commercial relationship has no bearing on how a firm is assessed. The scoring model is fully documented on the methodology page, so anyone can see exactly how ratings are built.
